• How to reach:
• To reach the plateau of these forts, we have reach village Mulane, which is located on Vani – Kalwan link road. Vani is located 43 km north of Nashik on SH22. We can also get down in before Mulane, half an hour ahead of Babapur on the ridge connecting the twin forts and Markandya fort. From the ridge we can reach the plateau.

• Description:
• Rawlya fort located near Mulane village, 50 km north of Nashik on SH17. These resemble each other and are twin forts. The forts are tough to ascend and rope is necessary to climb Rawlya.The trail to Rawlya starts before we reach the houses, and is tough to find, better to take local assistance if needed. On this trail we reach a cavern where there is a natural chimney in the rock to climb up. To reach the top of Rawlya, we need a rope after we climb this chimney. There are few remnants and dried up cisterns on the top.
